Rosewood Bespoke Joinery is proud to share our latest work at the iconic Connaught Hotel — the transformation of the male restrooms, a space that pays homage to classic Victorian design while embracing a distinctly masculine aesthetic.

This project was designed to reflect the elegance and strength of traditional British interiors, with a darker, moodier palette that sets it apart from the lighter, more delicate tones of the female restrooms.

Key features include:

• Classic Victorian Wall Panelling: Complete with inlay moulded profiles, decorative rosettes, and capping rails, the panelling adds architectural depth and period charm.

• Dark-Toned Stone Surfaces: These rich materials ground the space in a masculine energy, offering a sense of quiet luxury.

• Large Vanity Unit: Crafted to complement the darker tones while maintaining functionality and flow.

• Toilet Cubicles with Arched Stained Glass Feature Windows: These windows introduce a subtle play of colour and light, adding a refined focal point to the space.

The contrast between the male and female restrooms was intentional — each space tailored to evoke a unique atmosphere while maintaining the Connaught’s signature elegance.
