Roles and Responsibilities
The Board of LSCG, H&J Martin, and Rosewood Bespoke Joinery Directors are responsible for setting the overall policy for the Group and for reviewing performance across all Business Units within the Group.
Company Directors and Senior Management are responsible for ensuring effective arrangements are in place to demonstrate compliance with Group standards and other relevant legal or contractual requirements.
They are also responsible for communicating this policy to all staff, subcontractors, and suppliers, and for ensuring sufficient resources are in place to prevent slavery and human trafficking both within the business and throughout its supply chain.
Management Arrangements
It is the express policy of H&J Martin and Lagan Specialist Contracting Group that:
All companies within the Group, including Rosewood Bespoke Joinery, maintain appropriate arrangements to ensure that supplier approvals include thorough checks on supply chain controls.
Effective controls are in place when importing goods or services from sources outside the European Union.
