Commercial Director
Kirk Jamison
Kirk has been a key figure within the H&J Martin Group for over 20 years, beginning his career in Commercial Administration and steadily progressing to his current role as Commercial Director across the Group. In 2021, Kirk identified a gap in the company’s offering — the ability to deliver bespoke joinery in-house. That vision led to the creation of Rosewood Bespoke Joinery in 2022.
Since its inception, Kirk has played a pivotal role in shaping Rosewood Bespoke Joinery into a thriving business in its own right, with a growing portfolio of independent contracts. Based in the Cookstown office, he remains closely involved in the day-to-day running of the business, overseeing commercial, operational, and strategic development.
Outside of work, Kirk is passionate about innovation, leadership, and building lasting client relationships.
Design Manager
Ryan McAuley
With over 20 years of experience in the joinery and furniture manufacturing industry, Ryan brings a wealth of knowledge and creativity to the Rosewood Bespoke Joinery team. A time-served bench joiner and cabinet maker, Ryan has built his career in the high-end residential market, combining hands-on craftsmanship with technical design expertise.
Ryan’s journey has taken him through roles in design, CNC programming, and workshop operations, making him a versatile and highly skilled CAD Technician. Since joining Rosewood in early 2024, he has played a key role in translating client visions into precise, buildable designs that reflect the company’s commitment to quality and detail.
Known for his organised and innovative approach, Ryan is passionate about creating bespoke solutions that are both functional and beautiful.
General Manager
James Rushe
With over 30 years of experience in the construction sector and 25 years in procurement, James brings a wealth of industry knowledge and leadership to Rosewood Bespoke Joinery. His career has spanned a wide range of projects — from social housing refurbishments to large-scale commercial and civil engineering schemes valued up to £80 million.
James transitioned into joinery management five years ago and has served as General Manager at Rosewood Bespoke Joinery since its inception. In this role, he oversees the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring the workshop runs safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. He works closely with the technical team to ensure every project meets exacting specifications and client expectations.
James began his professional journey with a BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry before moving into construction procurement in 1993. His career includes senior roles at respected firms such as McAleer & Rushe, Gilbert-Ash, Lagan Construction Group, and H&J Martin Fit-Out.
Known for his calm leadership and operational insight, James plays a key role in driving Rosewood’s continued growth and excellence.
Contracts Manager
Glenn Horan
With over 40 years of experience in the Construction and Fit-Out sector, Glen brings a deep well of knowledge and hands-on expertise to Rosewood Bespoke Joinery. He began his career as an electrician before moving into design and estimating, where he developed a strong foundation in technical drawing and project planning.
Glen’s career has spanned a variety of roles within family-run fit-out businesses, covering everything from design and manufacturing to project management. This broad experience has given him a comprehensive understanding of the full project lifecycle — from concept to completion.
Since joining H&J Martin in 2022 as a Project Manager, Glen has become an integral part of the Rosewood team, now serving as Contracts Manager. In this role, he oversees the delivery of bespoke joinery projects, ensuring they are executed to the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Glen is known for his practical approach, attention to detail, and commitment to getting the job done right.
